Our goal at Pro-Sport, Inc. is to provide the greatest protection and comfort to the athlete during any level of competition. We accomplish this goal by providing the BEST custom mouth guard available. Our design and protection changes with the athlete’s age, personal and dental needs, size of the athlete and sport played.

• 31% of all sporting injuries will damage the teeth, face and head.
• In football where mouth guards are mandatory, only .07% of the injuries involve the teeth and mouth.
• In basketball where mouth guards are not worn 34% of the injuries involve the teeth and mouth.

Our Custom Process

• An impression kit is mailed to you.
• You follow the instructions, make the impression and return it to Pro-Sport in the prepaid envelope.
• We mail you the custom-fitted mouth guard within 2 weeks of receiving your impression.
